Jonathan Bressman, Esq. has over 20 years experience in the trusts and estates field including extensive experience working with families who have loved ones with special needs who require Medicaid planning, special needs trusts and general estate planning. Jonathan has been named a New Jersey “Super Lawyer”*  for estate planning and probate for 2017.

Jonathan has experience in both estate administration and trust administration, and has worked closely with CPAs, financial advisers and other experts. Most importantly Jonathan knows how to help special needs families plan for the future without jeopardizing benefits or services. He listens to his clients’ concerns and create personalized solutions in order to achieve their goals and properly provide for their families.


Jonathan earned his B.S. from Lehigh University in 1985 and his J.D. from Temple University School of Law in 1988. He is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar.


Jonathan has helped many families of children plan for their children’s futures. He speaks often to community groups and professionals about estate planning in general and estate planning for families of children with disabilities. In 2016, he was named a Five State Financial Services Professional.

Jonathan is a frequent lecturer for NJICLE and NJSCPA.
